Stewart and I came out to spend the weekend at Andrea's in Idaho Falls. We took along a coconut, and cracked it open with everyone. He worked so hard to split this open for us!
that's funny cause i have one in my fridge right now that i've been meaning to crack open. It claims it will be easy to crack open cause it already has a slight starter rut drilled around it. We shall see.
How many homes do you think you could visit and have someone walk out with a machete and start hacking away at a coconut to open it?! That tasted so good, but Stewart really had to work to remove the meat. That was such a fun weekend and we really enjoyed having you there!!!
